Quotation policy
Our written quote explains what is included before you decide to proceed.
What a quote covers
We assess the information supplied and, where needed, inspect the site. The quote identifies the work, equipment or materials, exclusions, GST-inclusive total, payment schedule and any assumptions, approvals or estimated timings.
Site conditions and variations
If concealed damage, network requirements, site access or other conditions change the scope, we will explain the change and provide the additional cost in writing before proceeding, except where immediate safety work is separately authorised.
Solar and battery proposals
System design, performance estimates, incentives and connection conditions are explained in the site-specific proposal and installation agreement. Estimates are not guaranteed savings. If an important design or price change is unacceptable, cancellation and refund rights in the applicable agreement and law apply.
Acceptance
A request for a quote does not authorise work or create a payment obligation. Work starts after the quote or agreement and any required approvals are accepted.
